🧵 1. Are all your products handmade?
Yes, most of our pieces are handcrafted or hand-finished by artisans across India. Each item is created with time, care, and intention — which makes every piece unique.
⏳ 2. How long does it take to ship an order?
All orders are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days. Since many of our styles are handmade or made-to-order, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.
📦 3. Do you offer returns?
We do not offer returns, but we do offer exchanges. If your item doesn’t fit or you received the wrong product, we’re happy to help. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for details.
💸 4. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only applicable in cases of a damaged, defective, or wrong item being delivered, and when a replacement is not possible. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment account after we receive and inspect the product.
📏 5. How do I know my size?
We recommend checking our Size Guide on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us or email us — we’re happy to help you find your perfect fit.
🧼 6. How should I care for my garments?
Most of our garments are made from delicate, breathable fabrics like rayon, cotton, or handwoven blends. We recommend:

🚚 7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. However, we are working on expanding our reach. Stay tuned via our Instagram or newsletter for updates.
